All sales are final; there are no cancellations, exchanges or refunds. Prestige Entertainment is an independent ticket broker and is not affiliated with any box office, ticketmaster, telecharge, or other venue. We charge a premium over regular ticket prices which reflects the difficulty in obtaining the tickets and our service charges. In the event of a postponement, rainout, or any other reschedule of the original date, please retain your tickets to be used on the new date. There will be no refunds or exchanges for postponed events. All cancelled events with no rescheduled date will be entitled to a refund of the face value on the ticket less delivery charges, or a store credit for the full amount of the purchase less delivery charges once the original tickets are returned to our office. The original tickets must be returned for a refund or store credit not more than 30 days past the performance date and if they are not returned then no refund or store credit will be given. There are no exceptions to this policy. We are not responsible for event date and time changes or stage configurations. Please refer to your local media for pertinent information.
Once we receive your order with a completed Delivery Authorization Form the ticket shipment will be processed and delivered before the event you have purchased. Your tickets will be shipped via your requested shipping method; however, the tickets may be delivered by messenger if necessary. All tickets are delivered via an express delivery service (i.e., Federal Express, messenger, etc.) and most deliveries will require a signature. It is your responsibility to be available to accept the delivery. You agree to provide us with a secure delivery location and authorize someone at that address to act as your agent in your absence to accept delivery of the package. If for any reason your tickets are returned to us or could not be delivered, we will try to contact you to arrange for another delivery attempt. If you are unavailable or if you refuse delivery of your tickets, the tickets will be listed for sale on consignment with Prestige Entertainment. In addition, if a Delivery Authorization Form is required and you either refuse to complete it or do not complete it within a reasonable period of time completely up to the discretion of our processing department or if you attempt to cancel your order despite our final sale policy, the tickets will be listed for sale on consignment with our company as well. In these cases, Prestige Entertainment will act as your agent to attempt to recover some or all of your costs. You have the right to set the asking price for your tickets; however, if no communication can be made, Prestige Entertainment will price the tickets appropriately in an attempt to recover as much of your money as possible. This may be substantially less than what you paid in some cases. If the tickets are not sold by the event date, your tickets will be returned to you shortly after the event. It is always in your best interest to remain in close contact with Prestige Entertainment regarding the pricing of your tickets. You also have the right at any time prior to your event date to request that your tickets be sent back to you as long as they have not been resold already. If you choose this option, simply request your tickets to be shipped in a manner that will get them to you in time for your event. Please take into account any potential delays, such as adverse weather conditions, as Prestige Entertainment is not responsible under any circumstances for the timely delivery of your Consignment tickets.
